Items will not be shipped until full payment has been received.
Our items are shipped using the Australia Post eParcel service and if needed, other appropriate courier companies. Once the item is dispatched you will receive a confirmation email advising you of your parcel tracking number and carrier.
In the unlikely event that a problem should occur, please contact us first, and we will do our best to resolve any concerns.
After hours/weekend delivery is not possible.
CAUTION: Please provide your correct mobile phone number after payment as it is very important for the courier to ensure there is someone at home for big parcels. Otherwise there may be some delay in the delivery of your product.
Most items are in stock locally at out warehouse, in the unlikely event that we are out of stock of a specific item, there may be a short delay while the item is shipped to us, then re-shipped to your address. We will notify you via if this situation occurs and answer any queries you may have.
